hi guys,

sometimes in life God sneaks in the simplest of things and i’m reminded to just slow down & appreciate what i have & be thankful. i have had to wait on at least 2 trains a day for quite some time now, and to be honest, i was being dumb and a total high-maitence brat and super impatient and would let the time-stall irritate me and put me in a bad mood. yesterday an accident happened in an intersection two seconds after I crossed it and today you can barely see 10 feet ahead of you, thanks to the fog, but you know what? life is still good. life is still good and God is still good. so instead of sitting here and complaining about having to drive on dangerous roads, and REALLY complaining about having to wait for just a few minutes, i’m sitting here listening to “Drift Away”, eating my stale Runza fries, thanking God that He gave me 2 extra seconds of getting through the intersection, instead of being in a wreck, that I have a car to drive, and most importantly, taking a deep breath and slowly teaching myself patience because after all, it’s JUST a train. 💕 //

if you read all that 😉, hugs to you for listening to my rants and rambles 😂 hopefully you too, can just slow down & appreciate the little things in life sometime soon, because it IS important and we surely don’t do it enough. 😊
